2. About BiggerTeams
BiggerTeams provides recruiting, candidate sourcing, talent search, and related services. BiggerTeams introduces prospective candidates to clients but is not the employer of candidates presented through the Site or through our services unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Clients are solely responsible for evaluating candidates, conducting interviews, making hiring decisions, determining compensation, classifying workers, complying with applicable laws, and entering into agreements directly with candidates.
3. Informational Purposes Only
The information provided on the Site is for general informational and marketing purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and current information, we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any information presented.
Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, accounting, employment, human resources, immigration, or business advice.
Users should consult their own professional advisors before making hiring, compensation, tax, classification, or employment decisions.
4. Compensation, Savings, and Hiring Examples

5. No Employment Relationship

Candidates submitted through our services are not employees of BiggerTeams unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
6. Separate Service Agreements
Any recruiting engagement, placement service, candidate search, guarantee, fee arrangement, replacement policy, refund policy, or other commercial relationship between BiggerTeams and a client may be governed by a separate written agreement.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed written agreement between BiggerTeams and a client, the signed written agreement shall control.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Site.
- Copy, scrape, reproduce, distribute, or exploit Site content without prior written permission.
- Use the Site in a manner that could damage the reputation or operations of BiggerTeams.
8. Candidate Information
Candidate information provided through the Site may be submitted voluntarily by candidates or provided by clients during recruiting engagements.
BiggerTeams does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, qualifications, certifications, work history, references, background information, or suitability of any candidate. Clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and evaluation before making hiring decisions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, branding, logos, designs, layouts, images, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Sage Finley LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, displayed, or used without prior written consent.
10. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided solely for convenience.
BiggerTeams does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, practices, or availability of any third-party websites.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIGGERTEAMS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND AVAILABILITY.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, ERROR, OR SECURITY BREACHES.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAGE FINLEY LLC, BIGGERTEAMS, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND REPRESENTATIVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

- Inability to use the Site;

- Hiring or employment decisions;
- Candidate performance;
- Termination of employment or contractor relationships;

13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sage Finley LLC, BiggerTeams, and their officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
